Our version of the Blackbean Chilli Oil is bold and savoury condiment made with fermented black beans, roasted dried red chillies, fried onions, fried garlic and sauteed mushrooms. It provides a rich umami flavour with a spick kick and is perfect for drizzling over noodles, dumplings, or rice dishes!
