Food & Quality

Do your products contain preservatives?

Absolutely not! We use the freshest and best quality meats, paneer, tofu, vegetables, herbs and spices to create our products. All our food production is done in small batches to ensure that the product on your plate is of the highest quality possible. Our vacuum sealed packaging ensures that there are no external factors that affect our products, and that they remain hygienically safe when they arrive at your doorstep.

Do you use separate utensils for Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian items?

Yes! Everything from the most basic kitchen equipment such as knives, spatulas and spoons to cutting boards and cook-tops, we have separate designated areas to process Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian items.

What is the Shelf life of ChefZehn products?

All our products are vacuum-sealed, thus extending their shelf life in your refrigerator. Once opened, the product(s) should be consumed within 2 days to ensure best quality and taste.

Is it safe to freeze ChefZehn products, then thaw them and consume?

Yes! As long as you cook them immediately after thawing.

How do I cook ChefZehn Products?

Please refer to the ‘Instructions’ provided in the box.

My marinade tends to burn in the pan. What can I do?

We advise that you use a non-stick pan to cook our products. If it still burns, lower the flame, sprinkle some water and cover with a lid to avoid sputtering and retain the moisture of the meat.

I have a lot of residue left in the pan. What can I do with it?

Add a few tablespoons of water, wine or juice and heat it up. Stir vigorously with a fork, and you will have a tasty sauce to go along with our delicious marinated products.

Can I cook ChefZehn products in an oven?

Yes, absolutely!

  • For Chicken, cook for 20 minutes at 180° Celsius in a preheated oven. You may also turn the Chicken halfway through the cooking process and baste with butter or oil for a richer taste.
  • For Tofu and Paneer, cook for 10 minutes at 180° Celsius in a preheated oven. You may also turn the skewers halfway through the cooking process and baste with butter or oil for a richer taste.

Placing an order

How do I place my order?

Will I be able to order more than one of the same item?

Yes, you will be able to order more than one of the same items. Simply change the numerical value in your shopping cart to the desired quantity.

Can I pre-book an order?

Yes! We accept pre-booked orders provided they are 3 days in advance, and exceed a value of Rs. 1000.

I want to place a bulk order.

We accept bulk orders provided they are placed 3 days in advance. Please reach out to us at +91 96066 76706 or chefzehn@souleatery.com and specify the product(s), quantity, date and time that you require the order.

Can I ship order to multiple addresses at the same time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses at this moment. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.

Delivery

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges are extra. They will be mentioned during checkout depending on the area in which you reside.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

How can I track my order?

We use TelyPort to fulfil deliveries, you will receive an SMS from them once your order is out for delivery. Delivery can take up to 4 hours from the time you get the message.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you may select the ‘Pick Up’ option on our checkout page. You can also schedule a Dunzo/Swiggy genie at your cost.

Problems with your order

I have not received my order. Who do I contact?

My item(s) arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

Products can only be returned if the packaging has been altered or damaged during transit, and the item(s) delivered are not what you placed an order for.

I have received an incomplete order.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please contact us at               +91 96066 76706 and we will address the issue immediately.

I have a quality concern. What do I do?

From processing to delivery, we take stringent care to ensure that there are no quality concerns whatsoever. However, if you still feel that there is a lapse in quality from us, please contact us at +91 96066 76706.

Do you offer refunds?

Please note that orders once placed (unless cancelled within 2 minutes of placing them) cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment. Please review your order carefully before submission. However, if your order has arrived damaged or defective, please call us at                    +91 96066 76706.

Is Shopping at ChefZehn secure?

Yes, we have linked our payment with RazorPay to ensure that all orders placed at www.chefzehn.com are secure.

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments through all major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile Wallets. The payment must be made in INR, as per the final invoice. NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we do NOT accept Cash on Delivery Payments.

Can I edit my order once it is placed? Can I cancel it?

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If at all you would like to rethink your purchase, please do so by contacting us within the first 5 minutes of placing the order. PLEASE NOTE: Once the order is packed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment.

I am having difficulty during checkout.

This could mean a few things. Please ensure that your billing information is correct. This includes the delivery address, card number, expiration date and CVV code. In case you still need help, please call us at +91 96066 76706.

What happens in case of a payment failure?

In case of any payment failures, all refunds will be routed through the vendor’s payment gateway back to the source.

I have not received my order confirmation email.

Your order confirmation email is sent to the email address you have provided while placing your order with ChefZehn. If you have not received it, please check the Junk or Spam folder. You may also call us at +91 96066 76706 if you are experiencing any difficulties in placing/ confirming your order.
