Peanut Chipotle Salsa

Another gem to come from the Oaxaca region of Mexico. The Peanut Chipotle Salsa is a rich, smoky chilli oil-based salsa made with dried Ancho chillies, Pasilla chillies and Morita chillies, combined with young ginger, garlic and roasted peanuts. This bold, crunchy salsa adds texture and flavour to eggs, tacos, roasted vegetables, grilled meats and breads.
