Mughlai Mint & Mirchi

This sauce is inspired from the streets of Lucknow! A combination of onions, cream, fresh mint, and pickled green chillies creates a gorgeous symphony of flavours that warm and earthy, yet tangy and herbaceous! This sauce can be used as a marinade for meats, vegetables and seafood, but also as a curry base, and as a Biryani or Pulao marinade!
