Malaysian Peanut Satay

This is perhaps one of the most the most famous and well-known South-East Asian dishes of all time. While each country has it own version of Satay, ours is a rich, creamy, and slightly sweet sauce made from roasted peanuts, coconut cream, garlic, chilli and spices. It has a nutty flavour with a hint of spice, and is best used a dip, drizzle, spread or marinade.
