Japanese Lemongrass Teriyaki

We have taken the most famous Japanese sauce out there and added a CZ flare to it! While we have kept it traditional with ingredients like soy sauce, mirin and sesame oil, we have amped it up with Desi banana chillies, fresh coriander, toasted sesame seeds and vegan oyster sauce! This sauce has a delicious umami taste and beautiful flavour balance that pairs perfectly with vegetables and meats alike! It even lends a great taste to oriental salads!
