Our version is a fragrant Thai blend featuring assorted roasted mushrooms, fire-grilled leeks, garlic, galangal, kaffir lime, orange zest and mild spices. With a rich, citrusy aroma and subtle heat, it forms the base of a wonderful noodle sauce when paired with coconut cream.
