Hariyali Pesto Pasta Sauce

The word “Pesto” means ‘paste’ in Italian. Our version combines pickled jalapenos, leeks, pistachios, fresh basil, garlic and spring onions. This pasta sauce is a creamy, nutty and tangy version of a traditional pesto, and has a rich, slightly spicy flavour with a smooth texture, perfect for coating pasta or adding depth to grilled meats, paneer, tofu and vegetables.
