Chinese Basil Szechuan

This is a CZ take on an Indo-Chinese classic! This sauce is a spicy, tangy and garlicky condiment made with fresh chillies, garlic, soy sauce and vinegar. Popular in Indian-Chinese fusion cuisine, it has a bold, fiery flavour with a slight sweetness and freshness of basil leaves, it is used as a dip, spread, or base for stir-fries, noodles, and fried rice.
