Our version of the wildly popular Khowsuey Paste is a rich, aromatic blend of onions, garlic, ginger, chillies, freshly toasted and ground spices along with coconut sugar, which is primarily used as a base the traditional Burmese noodle soup, Khow Suey. It delivers a warm, mildly spicy and savoury flavour, often enriched with coconut milk for a creamy comforting dish!
