Italian Aglio Olio Pasta Sauce

The original Italian-Style Aglio Olio Pasta Sauce is a simple, classic Italian sauce made with garlic slivers sauteed in olive oil, finished with red chilli flakes, fresh basil and parsley. We have taken this to the next level by adding homemade sun-dried tomatoes and blending it to a smooth paste to create an exceptionally versatile sauce which is not only great for pasta, but as a dip, a sandwich spread, a pizza sauce and even a condiment!
